Lynn is the owner and lead tutor of Central Song Studio. She graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with an MMus in Vocal Performance and an MMus in Opera, and performs regularly throughout the world for live audiences, television, radio and for CD recordings.

Throughout her studies, Lynn realised the importance of learning to teach singing well and spent time shadowing many of the country’s leading vocal tutors, as well as learning the anatomy of the voice and training extensively in Kodaly Musicianship. Whilst completing her studies, Lynn took on a small number of students to gain experience.

Lynn has now worked privately as a singing teacher for over 5 years, as well as delivering workshops for schools, theatre companies and choirs, and specialises in creating a safe and healthy vocal technique for all ages and abilities.

 

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, Lynn spent a year teaching solely online, and realised just how passionate she was about her teaching career. She decided to rebrand and grow her private studio, and in 2021 Central Song Studio was born!
